Philip Booth Custom Minnow Mammoth Ivory DamascusNo reserve. An exquisite custom knife in top shelf damascus and mammoth ivory. This si the philip booth minnow with a ladder damascus blade, mosaic damascus bolsters and mammoth ivory scales. Overall length open is 3 â¾ inches, blade is 1 â¼ inches. The spine has fancy file-work, the scales are ebautiful tan mammoth ivory with gray-blue highlights.
The blade locks up with a liner-lock mechanism inside teh frame. This knife has never been sharpened, carried, displayed or used in any way. Delivered in a soft felt pouch. This si a fantastic little gem with all the right ingredients! About philip booth philip comes to knifemaking through the fine arts. He is an award winning painter, printmaker and knifemaker, working in the mediums of oil painting and etching. At 10 years old he made his first knife by hammering a 16 penny spike and wrapping the handle with tape. Not much fo a knife but at 10 years, a huge accomplishment. Philip sold his first knife in 1991 and is now a full-time maker and voting member of the knifemakers' guild. He resides in ithaca, mi. Shipping to u. S.Only, no exceptions.
